What kinds of files can I import into 3DPaintBrush?
You can import 3D Studio (*.3ds), Google SketchUp (*.skp), Rhino (*.3dm), AutoCAD (*.dwg, *.dxf), STEP (*.step, *.stp), IGES (*.iges, *.igs), OBJ (*.obj) files. You can also import files directly from Google 3D Warehouse and get 3D models from any OpenGL/DirectX based application running on your desktop.
Can I get technical support for 3DPaintBrush?
To enable shadows, please click on "View > Display Shadows" in the application. You can display both hard and soft planar shadows.
How do I change the background?
Click on the background tab on the right hand side of the application and select the background of your choice. You can also import BMP (*.bmp) & JPEG (*.jpg) images for backgrounds.
How do I add my own textures?
Click on the Materials tab on the right hand side of the application and select the "My Textures" tab. You can import textures from here.
